There comes a time when we need some help from a certified professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges. I’m a licensed Psychotherapist located in Suffolk County New York, and I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Since opening the doors of my practice in 2015, I have provided clients on both North & South shores of Long Island with a wide range of psychological services. During the pandemic I chose to move to a new office location in quaint Bayport, N.Y and a proud affiliate of Positive Energy Counseling Center.
Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change. My counseling will provide tactical tools to help elevate your quality of life at an affordable rate, making therapy accessible to you.

Currently we are accepting new clients through the center and we work together providing Advanced Holistic counseling to our clients.
Please take note that insurances are not accepted. However, we can provide you with super-bills for OON benefits.
